A thorough 2 hour intake that goes well beyond a standard or traditional assessment. Before any treatment begins, we take the time to understand your full mental, physical and hormonal history and the specific demands of how you live and perform, to create a plan that gets to the root of what's going on and moves you forward.

Focused 30-minute follow-up appointments to monitor how you're responding to treatment, make adjustments as needed, and keep your care moving in the right direction.

For patients who benefit from addressing both the biological and psychological sides of their care at once. A 50-minute appointment combining medication review with evidence-based therapy, so nothing falls through the cracks.

A comprehensive one-time 2 hour consultation evaluating how hormones are impacting your mental health, followed by a detailed written report with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations you can share with your current provider.

We are an out of network provider. Superbills are provided upon request.
Common Questions About Getting Started

I work out of network with all major insurance providers. This means you pay at the time of your appointment and I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out of network benefits. Many patients also use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost of care.

I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card and asking about your out of network mental health benefits before your first appointment. I'm happy to answer any questions about this during your discovery call.

I see patients in person in Denver, Colorado, and via telehealth in Colorado, California, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York.
