PSYCHIATRY SERVICES & FEES | LUX MENTAL HEALTH

Personalized, Evidence-Based Care Built Around Your Life

You Deserve More Than a 15-Minute Appointment and a Prescription Renewal

If you've felt like your psychiatric care has been rushed, generic, or just not quite right for your situation, you're not imagining it. Lux Mental Health is completely different. Every service is built around a thorough understanding of who you are, what you're navigating, and what will actually move the needle for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Most women come to me with a sense that something is off, even if they can't fully articulate what. Some of the most common experiences I hear:

  • OCD or perfectionism that's quietly costing you more than you let on

  • Anxiety that doesn't fully respond to what you've already tried

  • Difficulty sustaining focus or thinking as clearly as you used to

  • Mood or energy changes that seem tied to your cycle, a pregnancy, or a hormonal shift

  • A sense that you're operating below your usual level without a clear explanation

  • Burnout that rest alone isn't fixing

  • Sleep that's gotten worse and is affecting everything else

  • Performance anxiety that's become a pattern rather than a one-off

  • A major life transition that has hit harder than you expected

  • Years of being told your symptoms are normal, and knowing they're not

If any of these feel familiar, you're in the right place.

What Brings Most of My Patients In

Specialized Psychiatric Services for High-Achieving Women

We are an out of network provider. Superbills are provided upon request.

Common Questions About Getting Started

  • I work out of network with all major insurance providers. This means you pay at the time of your appointment and I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out of network benefits. Many patients also use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost of care.

  • I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card and asking about your out of network mental health benefits before your first appointment. I'm happy to answer any questions about this during your discovery call.

  • I see patients in person in Denver, Colorado, and via telehealth in Colorado, California, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York.

  • Book a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. We'll talk through what you're navigating, confirm it's a good fit, and map out what working together would look like.

  • The one-time Reproductive Psychiatry Consultation is designed exactly for that. You'll leave with a written report and treatment recommendations you can take to your current provider or use as the foundation for ongoing care with me.
