You’ve Been Told It's Normal and to Give It Time, But You’re Still Searching for an Answer

Something has shifted in your mood, your energy, your focus, the way you feel in your own skin. You've brought it up with doctors and been told you're probably just stressed. The connection between hormones and mental health is well-documented and routinely overlooked, and that gap has real consequences for women who spend years cycling through treatments that never address the root of what they're experiencing.

Trained to See What Others Miss

Hi, I’m Dr. Sarah Quaratella. During my residency at the University of Colorado, I pursued specialized training in reproductive psychiatry to understand and treat women's mental health with the depth it deserves. I pull in lab work, a full hormonal history, and evidence-based medicine to get a complete picture of what's going on. What I hear most from patients is that they finally feel like someone looked at the whole picture.

A Complete Picture, Not Just a Prescription

Reproductive psychiatry done properly means looking at everything. Here's what that includes:

  • Full psychiatric and hormonal history review

  • Lab work and cycle pattern analysis where relevant

  • Evaluation of mood, cognition, energy, and sleep

  • Evidence-based treatment planning specific to your hormonal context

  • Coordination with OB-GYNs, endocrinologists, and other providers when appropriate

  • Ongoing medication management and therapy for existing patients

One-Time Reproductive Psychiatry Consultation

(90 minutes)

A comprehensive, one-time consultation designed to evaluate how hormones are impacting mental health. We will explore your psychiatric history, physical health, hormonal patterns, and the real-world demands to clarify what’s driving your symptoms and how to address them effectively.

  • This consultation is well-suited for women navigating PMDD or cycle-related mood changes, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, perimenopause and menopause, PMOS and hormone-related mood disruption, infertility, IVF, or pregnancy loss.

  • Following your session, you’ll receive a detailed written report with a diagnostic impression and clear, evidence-based treatment recommendations that can be shared with you and your current provider to guide ongoing care.

Available via telehealth or in-person in Denver

Fee: $1500
